The Breezy Pokemon

Eleokite's not normally used in battles because he is all ways at the beach trying to get people. He does this by changing his self to look just like somebody's kite and then quickly swaps him self instead of the real kite and then he takes them a way. Anyone that Eleokite takes is normally never seen again. He eats people.
